If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office. Our office accepts emergency calls and new patients are always welcome.
Financial
If you have dental insurance, your benefits will depend on the policy you (or your employer) have negotiated with the insurance company. Most dental insurance policies provide only basic care for specific services, not complete care for optimal health. We urge you to read your policy so that you are fully aware of your coverage and any limitations on your benefits.
Our office will do everything possible to help you understand and make the most of your dental insurance. As a courtesy, we will also complete and submit your insurance forms to achieve the maximum reimbursement to which you are entitled. Please remember, however, that you are ultimately responsible for all expenses incurred.
Forms of payment accepted by the office are visa, mastercard, cash, or debit.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if the patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
